Envoyer échantillons MIDI SDS à un synthé externe
Le protocole Midi SDS (Sample Dump Standard) est une technique créée en 1986. Elle a été conçue pour échanger des sons numérisé parmi différents synthétiseurs. L'échange consiste en une série de messages System Exclusive qui sont échangés à travers la liaison MIDI.
En ayant une GEM S2, j'ai écrit un petit programme pour transférer les données avec (j'utilisais le Sample Translator 1.0 que je devais charger avec une disquette, car je n'avais pas le turbokit). Par contre, il fait très longtemps depuis la dernière fois que je me suis servi de ce petit logiciel, entre autre parce que j'ai abandonné complètement Windows (le logiciel tourne sous Windows 98/2000/XP). En tout cas, il fournit le stricte minimum pour transférer des échantillons sur un clavier Generalmusic de série S.
